Job Description
- Develop and execute recruiting plans
- Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
- Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule job requirements
