Job Description
- Respond to technical requests assistance in person, via phone or service desk application.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end users maintaining their satisfaction.
- Research questions using available information resources (service desk knowledge base).
- Advise user with appropriate action through troubleshooting steps.
- Follow help desk procedures.
- Log all help desk activates & incidents.
- Redirect problems to appropriate team.
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
- Provide support physically in site whenever possible.
Job Requirements
- Professional Knowledge about installing and configuring computer operating system, software, printers and scanners.
- Professional Knowledge about investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware issues.
- Bachelor degree is a must.
- Age less than 28.
- Language Skills: Good English (oral/written).
- Working 24/7 in different sites.
