Job Description
- Follow up on projects’ updates and communicate them to the customers proactively in coordination with involved departments.
- Follow up on all customers’ inquiries and ensure their rapid resolution, keeping records of all handled and pending issues according to set KPIs.
- Handling escalated customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction according to set standards.
- Validate customer data provided by sales teams on CRM and ensure correct and periodic data maintenance.
- Prepare customer data reports as requested.
- Supervise Customer Care Team and provide any needed support.
- Distribute tasks and responsibilities between team and ensure they meet department’s objectives in coordination with the Customer Care Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Customer Care experience for a minimum of 5 years.
- Real Estate experience.
- Good knowledge of SAP/CRM.
