Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Handling daily requests
- Issuing, modifying or cancelling flight tickets
- Administer all booking requests and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide quick response to urgent cases
- Up-sell transportation, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
- Enter data into our software and maintain client files
- Network with tour operators
- Confirm and modify flight reservations.
- Ensure that colleagues and customers follow proper procedures.
Job Requirements
- Experience from 2-4 years ( Air ticket booking , issue & Refund )
- Very good to excellent command of English language
- University graduates
- Knowledge of travel industry terminology and good grasp of geographical flight routes/airports specially for GCC market.
- Outstanding communication skills
