Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Handling daily requests
  • Issuing, modifying or cancelling flight tickets
  • Administer all booking requests and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide quick response to urgent cases
  • Up-sell transportation, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
  • Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations
  • Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
  • Enter data into our software and maintain client files
  • Network with tour operators
  • Confirm and modify flight reservations.
  • Ensure that colleagues and customers follow proper procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Experience from 2-4 years ( Air ticket booking , issue & Refund )
  • Very good to excellent command of English language
  • University graduates
  • Knowledge of travel industry terminology and good grasp of geographical flight routes/airports specially for GCC market.
  • Outstanding communication skills
