Job Description
- This role acts in an advisory capacity to the business unit- Digital Sales Brand Manager Support. The individual will provide insight and analysis to run the business based on collected business acumen and data analysis across the sales/ marketing funnel to ensure efficiency in end to end sales execution. The role facilitates the business unit management review processes and system and provides a broad range of operational and advisory support to the business unit leader. It’s an Operational Execution role.
- Active support to sales manager in any BU discussions, BU reviews and advise whenever applicable
- Cooperate with finance on budget setting, that includes any required analysis
- Alignment & cooperation with incentives team on IPL deployment and issues related to IPLs
- Own reporting system end-to-end, starting with SC pipeline extraction, analysis, roadmaps tracking, BPDR input and reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting
- Ensure ongoing accurate reporting of won deals mainly during monthly & quarterly closing. Validation of ledger report report and interlocking with focals in case of any missing deals or any other issues
- Support manager and sellers during achievements validation to ensure deals are accurately flowing into their FMS
- Prepare insightful decks whenever needed for EBU reviews, BU reviews, Digital Sales reviews..etc
- Consolidation of relevant metrics into dashboards
- Data mining of annual actuals and on quarterly basis to help manager to evaluate business priorities
- Alignment with digital marketing/ marketing to influence and channel marketing budget to the covered EBUs and offerings
- Understanding the BU funnel and how does it impact business performance (marketing, OI, OO)
