Job Description
- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, administration and sales.
- Meet goals and metrics.
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
- Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Attend a meeting of branch managers.
- Make sure that doctors and other staff are well-dressed (following the correct and complete dress code), hygienic and located at their stations.
- Meets all VIP patients in the branch and solves any problems with the patients.
Job Requirements
- Leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills
- Minimum 4 years of management experience.
- BS of Medical Field or Business Administration field
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once.
- Proven branch management experience.
- Presentable.
- Experience in a Health-care or Business management is preferred.
