Job Brief:
- Under the supervision of a senior, the Marketing Coordinator develops and implements the Company’s advertising, marketing, and communications programs/ materials, in order to build brand awareness, increase sales and ensure clear communications regarding a variety of matters.
- The Marketing Coordinator supports all internal communication initiatives and events
Responsibilities:
- Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts.
- Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
- Tracks return on marketing investment (ROMI) by analyzing sales, marketing expenses, and new business data.
- Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
- Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipts.
- Supports sales staff by providing sales support materials, market trends & forecasts, new product and promotions information.
- Relay relevant customer services requests to the marketing department and assure follow through.
- Researches competitive landscape by identifying and evaluating their product characteristics, estimate market shares, pricing & payment facilities, promotions, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
- Plans meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments.
- Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Retail or Marketing/advertising agency
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office
- Extraordinary with supplier relationship management & negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, or Public Relations
