Job Description
- Reports to Business Development Manager.
- Build and maintain trusted, strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Act as a customer advocate with a focus on improving the experience.
- Develop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement.
- Assist with challenging customers’ requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Work with Delivery Manager to guarantee customer satisfaction with deliverables.
- Assist Finance team with the invoicing cycle.
- Liaise between customer and internal teams.
- Prepare reports on account status.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
- Proven 2+ years work experience as an Account Manager preferable to be in the software industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Have the capability to move customer conversations forward and lead conversations to a successful outcome.
- Strong verbal and written business communication skills in both Arabic & English.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
