Job Description
- Helping businesses in opening new Stores and to make decisions about leasing.
- Responsible for the administration, purchasing and Regulatory affairs.
- Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments.
- Collaborating with the technical staff to ensure that the correct brand standards are being delivered.
- You may also have some input into the design of a new office building to ensure that facilities are able to be delivered in the most effective way.
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
- Managing any refurbishments, renovations and stores moves to make sure they all run smoothly and according to plan.
- Inspecting stores’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
- Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.
- Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors.
- Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security.
- Managing the stores systems, which can often include the IT and office equipment’s.
- Managing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and keeping records of all payments.
- Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
- Responsible for the administration, purchasing and Regulatory affairs.
Job Requirements
- Background in engineering.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Good analytical/critical thinking
