About the Job:
- Developing and updating contracts as needed, weather with added or deleted services from the original contract.
- Report to the Operation Manager any deviations or excesses in the contracting conditions.
- Review and update existing contracts and explain terms and conditions to managers and involved parties
- Analyze the potential risks involved in the terms of the contract
- Follow up the validity of contracts to ensure renewal when required
- Continuously keep in touch with all Suppliers and be the first point of contact for them.
- Handle all issues/concerns in the Company related to Suppliers.
- Participate in the supplier evaluation process for compliance with contractual terms.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:-
- Readiness to travel inside Egypt if needed.
- Ready to on-call when needed.
- Organization and great attention to details.
- Basic knowledge of contracts.
- Experience in the field of Medical Contracts.
- Proficiency in MS Office.- Business English.- Certified Medicine or Pharmacy degree would be an asset
