Job Description
A Major graphic design and publishing company is looking for a reliable and experienced finalizer able to apply all pre-press requirements needed for print. These include but are not limited to.
- An understanding of Pre-press preparation of files for print/production.
- Capability in preparation of print dummies and print guides.
- Consulting on production requirements according to studio pre-determined specifications.
- Capable of doing reasonable photo retouching.
- Focus on the design of paper packages with expert background on design cut shapes and paper montages.
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
- Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the finalization process.
- Must have agency and design experience as a background.
- Excellent in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Good knowledge of Image retouching and editing.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Knowledgeable in printing house procedures and capable of print monitoring.
