Job Description
Business Development Specialists are responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients, and by convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, per email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Managing the sales process through a CRM software.
- Meeting monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably B2B.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software programs.
