Job Description

  • The talent acquisition role is very important to all our offices since we always work on tight deadlines or short notices from existing clients.
  • To meet client expectations, without interrupting the existing operations, we will need to count on freelancers who will assist us in getting the right talents on board for the agreed duration, putting them in direct touch with the project owners.

Job Description

  • We will be looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Human Resources department in Cairo and oversee freelancer recruitment.
  • Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing the right candidates through various channels, planning interviews, and selection procedures. To be successful in this role, the candidate should be able to develop long-term and talented freelancer sourcing strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential candidates so they prioritize us.
  • Ultimately, the candidate will be creating strong freelancing talent pipelines for our company’s current and future needs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with other departments to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes, work sample, and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Design interview questions that reflect each candidate requirements
  • Attend job fairs and events where such talents can be sourced
  • Foster long-term relationships with existing candidates and potential future talents

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Marketing and communications background, preferably with a major integrated marketing agency
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle sourcing using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles and requirements within organizations
  • B. Sc in Human Resources Management, Marketing and Communications, or relevant field
