Job Description
- Save the messages and documents in the appropriate files, as well as save and arrange files in an orderly manner for easy reference when requested or needed.
- To receive and send all correspondence.
- Writing and printing reports and daily itineraries and approved by the department head.
- Responsible for Events and Conferences logistics, Hotel/flight ticket booking.
- Summarizing memos, as needed.
- Assists in the supervision of office support staff (buffet, cleaner, security,…etc.)
- Organize the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment.
- Receive financial invoices, prepare and complete all related supporting documents to be processed in coordination with the financial department before its due date.
- Provide assistance in any required task by the Team Head
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Good Communication skills.
- Good User of Microsoft Office.
- Analytical skills.
- Experience from 1 to 2 year in administration.
