Job Description
- Help business decision makers to prioritize various user stories ensuring maximum value generation from each sprint
- Manage the agile scrums across organization, this include overall setup Planning scrums, retrospective, review meeting, close out reports
- Assists Product Owner with Product Backlog on the level of Features, derived from Epics
- Provides input for refinement and prioritization of the Product Backlog together with stakeholders
- Coordinate, run and manage Agile ways of working
- Manage the developers and Business Analysts
Job Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as Project/Program Management & Agile with visible impact.
- Strong understanding of customer/stakeholder relationships, business analysis, prioritization, estimation and capacity management;
- Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills with the ability to persuade & build trust at all levels in the organization, and ability to handle diverse situations and manage multiple tasks
- Have great facilitation and coaching skills, and you can juggle between communication styles;
- Have strong focus on team collaboration and efficiency;
- Very strong process knowledge, preferably multi business process experience and knowledge
- Knowledge of ERP processes, preferably SAP
- Knowledge of the Agile framework
- Excellent language skills in English.
