JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Entering the hotel contracts, prices, information into the software system, transmitting/forwarding to tour operators and ensuring that updates are made correctly, making necessary correspondence with hotels and partners, and providing information to the tour operators about the products and supporting the correct information of the customers about the products.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduated from University, preferably graduated from tourism departments,
- Minimum 2 years of a travel agency or hotel experience in the front desk, reservation, contract or price,
- Good command of English,
- Strong written and oral communication,
- Having the ability of problem-solving, questioning, researching,
- Advanced analytical thinking, planning, reporting,
- Good MS Office programs usage effectively in business,
- Take responsibility for task monitoring,
- Successful in human relations, prone to teamwork,
- Male candidates must have completed military service
