Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor projects; prepare, coordinate, and monitor projects, from the initial conception to the schedule and final completion.
- Involved with the planning and forecasting of budgets and timelines to assure that the project is accurately completed to schedule.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to members of the teams so that everything is completed on time while mentoring and managing the performance.
- Monitor compliance; ensure that industry codes and practices are adhered to, quality assurance policies are followed, and performance standards are met.
- Conduct the initial project survey and the as-built revivification while design the time schedule.
- Reviews HVAC design and contract documents for balancing and commissioning of HVAC systems using established NEBB procedures.
- Perform all HVAC testing and analyzing results while communicating any deficiency or recommendations to the client continuously throughout the project.
- Prepare the standard reports as per the company procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of mechanical engineering or elector-mechanical.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in the same field.
- Previous experience on managing teams.
- Great knowledge about HVAC qualification, testing, and balancing.
- An excellent user on Microsoft Office, Outlook, Auto-CAD.
- Fluent in the English language is a must.
- Profissional and advanced user on all TAB instruments and devices.
