Four Seasons Alexandria - San Stefano is looking for a front concierge agent
The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:
- To consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- To assist guests with mail, messages, and any plans or arrangements they require
- To assist with any plans or arrangements the guest intends to make during their stay
- To assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
- To follow department policies, procedures and service standards
- To follow all safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
This key position requires an individual who
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Fluency in a language other than English strongly preferred.
