Job Description
Position Overview
- Providing architectural design for industrial, residential, commercial and administrative projects. Interfaces with other disciplines of the office. Completed work may also be performed in collaboration with A/E or another designer. With good knowledge in Saudi Building Code (SBC) and Egyptian Codes of Practices (ECP).
Responsibilities
- Perform Architectural work to meet the overall city development program requirements and standards.
- Review A/E contractor design drawings, specifications, and calculation submittals and coordinate the same with the work of other disciplines.
- Coordinate Architectural/Engineering activities with those of other disciplines and project management team within the Engineering Department and.
- Prepares proposals for design work including sketches.
Job Requirements
- English Language Knowledge is a must.
- Knowledge of following Programs (AutoCAD, Revit, 3Ds Max, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
- Revit & BIM Knowledge is a must.
