Maintaining a healthy pipeline major size accounts that reflects the growth the company is aiming for
Identifying new potential major customers through research and networking. Building knowledge and relationships to be included in formal RFQ’s and work closely with our Tender management and Product business units to submit competitively tailored proposals.
Regularly meet and engage with our Heads of both Air & Ocean and our contract logistics team on market trends and developments with detailed feedback on challenges preventing new business wins and target accounts.
Working closely with our team on identified prospective customers.
Identifies and analyze customer needs and develop solutions adapted to client expectations
Negotiates prices and conditions based on the type of service offering; proposes complementary services

equires a minimum of 5+ years of relevant sales experience & Business development
Previous demonstrable experience in a Sales or similar role with a real focus on new business development.
Proven sales track record of gaining new business and successfully working to and exceeding sales targets.
Proven experience in identifying, establishing and developing new customers with a focus on a solutions-based approach to customer requirements.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of global integrated logistics requirements and solutions, across all logistics modes
Experience of working in different Vertical Markets
Strong commercial focus and business acumen as well as a strong customer’s relationship mindset.
Strong communication, inter-personal skills
Fluent in English
Computer literate: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
