Job Description

  • Maintaining and increasing sales of the company products.
  • Manage the distribution through the distributor to maintain company policy and strategy.
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for the area.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding customers base.
  • Covering the needs of existing customers.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Setting sales targets for individual reps and the team as a whole.
  • Recruiting and training sales staff.
  • Allocating areas to sales supervisors.
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
  • Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
  • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts.
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research.
  • Reporting to sales managers.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Job Requirements

Professional competencies:

  • University graduate
  • 4-6 years of related experience in food sector, preferably snacks and distribution channels specially retail market, kiosk and grocery.
  • Profound knowledge about the Egyptian trade structure and about M.T & B2B sales processes.
  • Ideally experience in developing sales/sales support strategies.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • English fluency and teamwork.
  • Valid driving license and a car is a must.
