Job Description
Role Purpose
This role is responsible to Contribute on achieving customer satisfaction goals by ensuring proper execution of customers service and repair requirements and vehicle delivery on time
Key Accountabilities
- Contribute to total customer satisfaction through ensuring proper distribution and execution of all repair orders and sublet repairs.
- Ensure all customers vehicles are completed for delivery at the time promised.
- Maintain zero comebacks by conducting final quality inspections and instructing technicians on self-check procedures
- Contribute to efficient service operations by reducing the causes of and the time taken for Job Stoppages
- Ensure continued dealership profitability through correct loading of the service shop, based on facility and manpower capacities
- Ensure accurate recording of hours available and hours worked
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Bachelor Degree with Engineering background
Minimum Experience: 5 years in Automotive section
Job-Specific Skills:
- Experienced in all aspects of vehicle diagnosis and diagnostic equipment
- Possess good people handling and leadership skills
- Good time management skills
- Good administrative skills
- Proficient with computer programs (MS Office, Windows and etc…)
- English language
