Job Description
- The UX designer is a multi-skilled individual who takes responsibility for the design of digital products from the inception phase to launch and scale.
- To be successful this person needs to balance the needs of customers, the needs of business, and the possibilities of technology.
- The range of skills used include: user research, UX design, Interaction design, Information architecture, accessibility, and visual design.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent area
- Strong experience in agile software design and development
- Familiarity with design thinking and workshop facilitation
- Well-rounded user-centered design portfolio
- Experience conducting user research such as ethnographic studies, usability testing, A/B testing
- Familiarity with a range of design tools including Adobe, Sketch, Invision.
