Job Description
- Lead and manage the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current Labour law.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Monitor attendance and manage staffing levels to achieve sales/service goals while controlling payroll expense.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance with Labor Law
- Develop and implement the performance appraisal system for the company and coordinating it with other line managers.
- Coordinate with the finance department for processing of salaries to employees.
- Maintaining good internal communication within the company.
- Report daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to the General Manager and the Chairman
- Manage talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity
- Keeping all company employees are informed of key employment and company issues.
- Revise and approve the payroll of our company including earnings and deduction
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Job Requirements
- 8- 10 years of HR Experience in a recognized company.
- Bachelor degree from a relevant field. HR diploma is a plus.
- Knowledge in start-up companies operations and processes is a plus.
- Experience in payroll, personnel and recruitment is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving
- Multitasking and can work under pressure
- Work between Tanta and Cairo
