Job Description
- Strategize and Lead the fundraising department to achieve required targets.
- Prepares the yearly fundraising operating plans and budget and ensures the adherence to the set budget while, auditing unnecessary deviation from the set plan.
- Builds and sustains strong relationships with key strategic donors, and collaborates with the top management to attract potential a local, regional, and international donor. Ensures development, and maintenance of solid donor database.
- Researches and exploits opportunities to identify new fundraising initiatives.
- Prepares various departmental reports on a periodic basis; highlighting the departmental achievements versus the set targets.
- Maintains high-level public and business relations with major relevant ministries, governmental bodies, major relevant donors and strategic allies.
- Attends conferences and conventions related to the organization’s line of business.
Job Requirements
- Sc. in any discipline.
- Preferable a Post Graduate Business Study (MBA)
- 15+ years of experience in the same field, preferred 5 years in NGOs.
