Job Description

We are looking for a Corporate Travel / Holidays agents, The main duty of a corporate travel consultant is to help companies map out travel arrangements for their employees. This can include booking flights, arranging transportation to and from the airport, and booking hotel rooms. Corporate travel consultants also will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses). The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.

  • Creating booking and advise the customer through our different concepts and ensure high quality service, giving to customers.
  • The primary responsibility of corporate travel agents is planning tour packages, excursions, and day trips. On behalf of employees, they book flights, rental cars, hotels, tickets, and insurance
  • Determining clients’ needs and suggesting suitable travel packages
  • Organizing travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation and transportation
  • Supplying travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday materials
  • Ensuring Accurate fare quotes and reporting any clarifying any discrepancies with respective GDS / Airlines follow Fares and Taxes.
  • Great corporate travel agents work well under pressure and quickly respond to customer issues. resolve customer complaints and process refunds and credits when needed.
  • Maintain relationships with key persons
  • Keep financial statements and documents
  • Reach the revenue and profit targets
  • Ensuring all Documents Cash / Exchange Vouchers / Tickets, other Coupons are Reported timely. Liaise with Accounts Dept. regarding refund authorities / reissue authority etc.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 3+ years' experience in Corporate Travel / Holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills
  • Good conflict and problem solving skills; able to apply creative solutions
