Job Description
- Develop or maintain consistent Job descriptions for all college positions
- Suggest and make deals with various recruitment platforms in cooperation with the department head
- Advertise jobs on different recruitment platforms
- Filter and screen CVs for white and blue collars positions
- Conduct phone interviews and test communication skills and preliminary English language
- Conduct face to face interviews with white and blue collars
- Create pre-employment tests for all white collars to test English language and computer skills
- Assess a candidate’s ability to fit in the college working environment
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Understand the college policy regarding recruitment guidelines
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Able to create well-organized documentation and filing for all recruitment activities
- Generate reports when asked
- Able to create a positive experience for all candidates applying at MCE
Job Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in related field
- BA in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field
- Practical experience in the field of Recruitment
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Fluent English
