Job Description
- Search for potential and reliable suppliers and initiate business partnerships
- Compare , negotiate and evaluate offers & pricing agreements from suppliers
- Develop , lead and execute purchasing strategies
- Market survey to identify changes of prices and strategies
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Collaborate with key persons (Product Managers) to ensure clarity of the specifications
- Upload orders to the system and monitoring time of delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- establish better credit facilities with all suppliers
- Monitor and evaluate Demo stock prices VS market prices
- Market survey for new suppliers
- Update suppliers price list and availability
- Update suppliers database
- Update all purchase orders database for delivery monitoring
- Update management reports regarding orders records and status with all suppliers
- Fill all B2B orders with complete track for any vendor auditing
Job Requirements
- Experience at IT solution field
- Age : max 35 years
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in the relevant management software programs.
- Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Great organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment.
- Ability to follow client specifications.
