Job Description
- Review project requirements, design, and all related testing documents.
- Monitor bugs closure on bug tracking tool.
- Manage projects testing estimates.
- Manage quality assurance and testing processes.
- Conduct training sessions for Quality Engineers on different testing topics.
- Identify technical risks and support Project Leaders in developing a risk management plan and tracking different measurable aspects in projects.
Job Requirements
- University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- ISTQB certified (foundation level)
- ISTQB Agile certificate is a plus (Agile tester extension)
- Automation testing background.
- Performance - load testing background.
- Security testing background is plus
- Knowledge of web services (SOAP/REST) and XML language.
- The ability to move between projects with little notice and the ability to adapt quickly.
- Good database knowledge
- Ability to support and mentor junior QC engineers
- Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
- Strong communicator (written and verbal): ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
