Job Description
Catering
- Communicates with a number of vendors / suppliers to order different kinds of supplies required for daily kitchen operations.
- Plans Catering Menu for all shifts, considering various dishes and beverages.
- Maintains the proper stock level of all catering equipment.
- Ensures applying Food Safety & Handling regulations and procedures.
- Allocates catering budget and forecasts needs effectively.
- Suggests / Initiates improvement ideas.
- Develops Catering procedures, coordinates with other concerned department to determine (Meals’ fees, breaks’ time, etc…).
Cleaning
- Manages the daily activities of House Cleaning.
- Co-develops the house cleaning plan with the Housekeeping Foreman.
- Monitors Housekeeping staff performance, takes corrective and preventive actions when needed.
Buildings’ Maintenance
- Handles all buildings’ maintenance issues through communicating internally with concerned departments / external providers (Maintenance agencies).
Transportation
- Manages and monitors transportation's’ workflow.
- Contracts with new drivers / agencies when needed.
- Receives employees’ complaints, resolves it effectively.
- Coaches, supports subordinates, furthermore, appraises their performance.

Job Requirements
- Good English language.
- Bachelor degree of Business Administrations / Commerce or its equivalent
- Solid experience in supervising facilities and transportation functions.
- Ambitious and creative.
- The ability to work under pressure
