Job Description
- Deal with incoming inquiries from clients
- Manage client renewals, including renewal documentation, renewal quotations
- Input data onto the office systems.
- Promote and maintain a high Company image of professionalism, competence and customer Satisfaction
- Prepare customer reports on both new and existing.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the
prospective client’s business needs. - Post involve outdoors and indoors activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Business – Marketing degrees are preferable”
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing and customer service
