Job Description

  • Deal with incoming inquiries from clients
  • Manage client renewals, including renewal documentation, renewal quotations
  • Input data onto the office systems.
  • Promote and maintain a high Company image of professionalism, competence and customer Satisfaction
  • Prepare customer reports on both new and existing.
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the
    prospective client’s business needs.
  • Post involve outdoors and indoors activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Business – Marketing degrees are preferable”
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing and customer service
