Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Director to add value to our growth activities by identifying new commercial opportunities and managing marketing efforts. You will keep abreast of trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice to upper management and he will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the commercial strategies according to company vision and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
- Forecast demand on both the long and short term to ensure the feasibility of the company strategy and plans
- Monitor performance of commercial sectors, managing the directorate budget and prepare reports.
- Create partnership and long-term relationship with customer through continuous communication, events and other different activities
- Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.)
- Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
- Leading retail teams to achieve their sales targets and control operational costs to meet the business plan and to maximize profitability.
- Preparing and monitoring retail merchandising reports based on actual sales, sales forecasts, inventory checks, forthcoming events, replenishment needs, sales vs. stock, stock analysis, etc...
- Ensuring all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales & profitability
