We are looking for an individual who's passionate about recruitment & education and is looking to join a team that aims to disrupt the tutoring industry in Egypt.

Main Responsibilities

• Finding and On-boarding qualified Instructors.
• Identify the fields that have most demand and make sure it’s met with the supply.
• Stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques.
• Assist Instructors in getting more students on Tyro.
• Gather feedback from Instructors and students after each session.
• Track Instructors sessions & make sure it's of high quality
• Create a productive workplace environment
• Track payroll for instructors & employees
• Look for ways to enhance employee productivity
