Job Description
- Maintains employees file both soft, hard copy and accurate personnel filling system according to Egyptian labor law.
- Responsible for employees social insurance, labor office relations , contracts & and follow up probation period.
- Responsible for employees attendance, vacations and over time.
- Complete, verify, and process forms and documentation for administration of benefits such as pension plans, and unemployment and medical insurance.
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 0-1 years of experience in the same field
- HR Certificate is a must.
- Males only.
- Microsoft office Proficiency is a must
