Job Description
- Perform accurate research and analysis.
- Coordinate arrangements, meetings and/or conferences as assigned.
- Take dictation, write, handle and prioritize internal and external incoming and out coming correspondence.
- Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
- Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately.
- Create and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use.
- Operate and maintain office equipment.
- Manage busy calendar, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
- Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
- Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Job Requirements
- Females Only
- Bachelor degree in Business administration or commerce
- Proven 3 years of experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office.
- In-depth knowledge of office management techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting skills
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
