Job Description
Main Purpose:
Accountable for supporting the marketing research manager in all on-going research activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assists in evaluating agencies proposals and identifies best methodology within planned budget by measuring and assessing effectiveness of research tools (questionnaires, Discussion guides...etc) in fulfilling research objectives.
- Assists in ensuring research findings presentations and reports are fulfilling research and marketing objectives.
- Handles in-house dipsticks.
- Assists in forming in-house panel for product and packaging tests, ensuring all quality standards are fulfilled.
- Designs and improves standardized research documents (briefs, templates for specific types of research reporting e.g. taste tests, product tests, full mix tests, U&A, etc).
- Assists in issuing retail audit internal report and benchmarking it with our sales data and marketing activities.
- Assists and participates in briefing and follow up on all brand related researches.
- Attends all fieldwork to ensure quality and checking that all standards are met
- Conducts quality checks on monthly basis
- Supports in providing the agencies with all needed material for the research like products, pictures, barcodes etc
- Assist in finalizing all contracts with suppliers and legal department.
Working Conditions:
Working Days: Sunday till Thursday
Days Off: 2 days/week Friday & Saturday
Working Hours: 7:30 am till 04:00 pm
Working Environment: 40% Outdoors and 60% of standard office work
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics, Business (marketing major) or Mass Communication.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in a similar field.
Languages:
Perfect command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
