Job Description

Key Account-abilities:

  • Meet with concerned entities to grab business requirements in order to understand activity needs and flow of operations
  • Translate business requirements into documentation in form of processes, description, flowcharts, forms and other in order to facilitate automation Gather data from a variety of sources, as directed, for use in analysis
  • Conduct interviews/meetings with concerned process owners to define and map “as-is” processes and agree on process inputs/outputs to ensure standardization and consistency
  • Collect data for use in research and analysis in order to assist in the provisioning of advice and assistance on quality management and performance monitoring
  • Maintain proper filing of documentation with relation to consistency, templates and quality management requirements and established standards
  • Assist in changing procedures as advised by the direct supervisor to ensure options and recommendations are properly deployed

Job Requirements

Education:

  • University Degree preferably in computer science or related fields

Experience:

  • 0-2 years of experience
