Responsible for carrying out IT technical requirements and support for assigned areas to provide technical solutions that maintain daily efficiency,monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks.
installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems.
Job Description:
Configuring and installing servers on various platform (Windows 2003 to 2016)
Handling On-site/Off-site Computer Hardware and Network problems at any point of time
Handling of Network Designing, Cabling and Installation of the IT infrastructure for proposed stores
Upgrading and Migrating of Operating systems and Software applications
Handling user complaints and problems and providing ultimate solutions to their needs and requirements

Hands-on HTML and scripting experience.
Coding is not part of the job but strong knowledge and understanding required to assist content owners
Basic understanding of (Familiarity with) cloud technologies , dedicated services , XML , API's , Web Services etc
Possess the ability to analyze various data sets, web traffic, search keywords and provide search/content optimization strategy/configuration
Experience with content management system (CMS)
Google Analytics experience (including campaign management) with at least some Google Tag Manager familiarity.
Must possess proven experience with analysis/configuration support using leading search tools and technologies
Understanding of SEO Tools ,Ad Words, Analytical Tools etc
Bachelor's degree and 2 year's relevant experience or equivalent
Server backups and troubleshooting activities Requirements:
Skills for websites admin
Degree in Electronics / Computer Engineering or any Degree with relevant work experience
Very good working knowledge on Windows Desktop and Server OS (MS Windows 2003 to 2016)
MS Windows or Networking certification is an added advantage
Basic networking skills
IT Hardware troubleshooting skills
Secure data communication skills
Basic working knowledge in SQL/Sybase is an advantage
Knowledge of Windows administration
Ready to work in shifts
2 - 3 years'' experience in the role
