Job Description
- Promotion and sales of the company’s full range of products including and not limited to Cisco HW, Dell-EMC, Structured Cabling, Data Center Site Preparation, CCTV, UPS, and ELV systems, within the Egyptian market to achieve annual sales plans along with key goals and objectives that will help drive the business forward.
- Develop and maintain the customer base in the following verticals: Commercial, Shopping Malls, Education, Offices, Hotels, Private Hospitals, Ministry Buildings, Mixed-Use Buildings
- Engage with End Customers & Consultants on same verticals for all required approvals and specs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from finding clients and securing deals
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
- Up-sell the company's services and solutions.
- Coordinate with various teams to meet the customer's expectations.
- Provide professional initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist all teams to meet financial targets and growth objectives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering OR Business Administration or equivalent.
- Proven (2+) experience as an Account Executive or in other sales/ customer service role. (experience 2-3 years in Dell EMC, Cisco, Citrix, and IBM)
- Excellent communication/ presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- The ability to thrive in pressured or stressful situations
