Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Identify, evaluate and establish partnership relations following the company strategic guidelines for new digital music content partnerships.
- Increase the profitability of the organization through new partnerships.
- Manage and maintain on-boarding with new music partners.
- Maintain database of content music creators.
- Provides suitable recommendations to sales team for packing branded music content agreements.
- Execute exclusive agreements for music content creators ensuring well-negotiated barters and deals.
- Negotiate new business terms and contracts.
