Job Description
- Complete Construction Project Planning Processes.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Preparing site progress reports.
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
- Conduct regular meetings with site supervisors and other contractors to discuss day’s progress, achievements as well as next day’s program.
- Ensuring that construction results meet project requirements & schedule.
- Making safety inspections to ensure site safety regulations are met.
- Managing site resources to achieve project goals (quality, cost, time).
- Making sure timescales and project specifications are met.
- Managing relationships with projects different consultants.
- Overseeing building work.
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
Job Requirements
- Minimum experience of 3 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Proven field/civil previous work experience.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of the following: read construction drawings and use AutoCAD - Microsoft Office applications
- Building codes and safety regulations.
- PMP certificate is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail.
- Goal-orientation and leadership skills.
- Able to analyze problems and manage better solutions.
