Job Description

ROLE PURPOSE:

  • This role is responsible for the overall Facilities delivery of various services to VSS building throughout coordinating and Manage vendor day to day service delivery to fulfill and satisfy retail team needs according to VSS strategy and handled in a timely manner with high quality.

Services to include:

  • Deliver all Facilities services inside VSS buildings including Catering, Cleaning, Fitness Centre, Reception, Managed Meeting Rooms, Hospitality, Consumables, Office Equipment, Mailing Services, Plants, Business Support Services, Uniforms and any other assigned projects & Building events as may be required from time to time by the Facilities Management.

Ensure quality of service delivery:

  • Maintaining and supervise all the facilities delivery inside VFE Building according to the agreed and contracted standers.
  • Manage and cope with all the building internal customers adhoc requirements based on the business needs according to VFE facilities Processes Procedures and strategy.
  • Handle any conflict issues with other VFE departments that might affect the facilities delivery inside VFE Building.
  • Handel all internal customers concerns to enhance performance according to agreed standers.
  • Build and apply “Can Do" attitude within the facilities vendors and their teams in order to adopt flexible approach with business Partners and reach the maximum customer satisfaction and make smooth delivery.
  • Work closely with facilities contract management team for any service/goods delivery Failure emergence during contract period.
  • Act as focal point for facilities team with the building regarding all Facilities service delivered at the building to ensure a smooth and safe operation of all services.

Key Activities / Decision Areas

Service delivery monitoring & developments

  • Report & Follow up on all service performance delivered inside the building.
  • Prepare and submit activity report on timely manner. Prepare and submit vendors progress versus agreed plan on timely manner
  • Prepare and submit vendor’s performance against contracted KPI'S on timely manner.
  • Report the consumption analyses per service and building areas.
  • Validate the consumption stock level against physical stock i.e balance in warehouse when sending monthly consumption orders.
  • Prepare and place one comprehensive order for each kind of supplies.
  • Flexibility in managing and controlling supplies in emergency cases with other facilities teams.
  • Measuring the performance of facilities service delivered at VFE building and taking preventive actions effectively when needed after arrangement with Facilities teams.
