Job Description
- Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of the engineering and technical team in Agile methodology.
- Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, no-interruption hours, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of the adaptation process.
- Prepare and determine story points and measures upon which the project is evaluated at completion.
- Define detailed project plans including tasks, timelines, milestones and resource requirements needed to successfully complete projects.
- Suggest and implement modifications to project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
- Work with the CEO and Business Directors to develop technology projects plans for new activities arising from the strategic and business plans.
- Work with Product and Engineering leaders to align Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) around the execution of strategies
- Identify key KPIs
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog
- Helps the product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
- Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting.
- Responsible to Conduct retrospective meetings
- Create the backlog, EPIC, and write the user stories for each module with the business analyst.
- Takes responsibility for project delivery and execution on one or more of Izam’s, Track project deliverables and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Automate repeated tasks and build test coverage through existing or new infrastructure
- Lead and collaborate on improving the developer and engineering team's test coverage, release velocity and production health.
- Assist with team-related activities as directed by Senior Management.
- Work with account managers and the engineering and technical team to resolve the bugs, issues in the system and deliver to the client throughout the running new modules plan.
- Interact with customers and stakeholders to identify new product ideas and enhancements.
- Troubleshooting product/system bugs and coordinating/communicating maintenance updates
- Provide frequent and effective communication with the project team and leadership.
Job Requirements
- Requires minimum a bachelor or higher degree in business or its equivalent to undertake the duties.
- And at least three-plus years of experience in the related IT project management role.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices such as governance, operations and project management in Project management institute PMI, SCRUM.
- Excellent mentoring skills by use Tools such as Jira/Confluence etc.
