Job Description
Sales Engineer is needed - Furniture Showroom 1 - Mall of Arabia, cairo, Egypt.
Showroom 2 - Baron Furniture Mall
- Salary:
- 4,500 to 6000 EGP per month “Depending on your experience “+ commission 1% from our monthly salary job requirements
- Work location: Mall of Arabia 6th October city & baron furniture mall mokatam
- Working Hours: FROM 10:00 am to 7:00 pm "morning shift" or from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm "night shift"
- 1 day off not weekend days)
Key Accountability :
- Sales Engineer is responsible for planning, following up with clients and Suggest designs, materials for clients all times in alignment with the brand standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by performing up-selling, cross-selling, suggesting alternatives and following up on customers' requests.
- Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with Designers, and other professional and technical personas.
- Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information, engineering and application trends
- Handle cash register and transactions with the customers in an effective and accurate manner as required.
- Take accurate measurements for any needed alteration, assign price according to set price list (when applicable) and coordinate needed alterations.
- Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards.
* Probation Period: 3 Months
Job Requirements
EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree in Applied Arts: Department of Furniture / Bachelor degree in Architecture
* Fresh graduates are not welcome to apply
Experience Needed:
- 4 to 10 years in interior Design & furniture field
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Cumulative grade: Very Good or better
- Creative thinking and great attention to details
- Ability to communicate clearly, work in a diverse team and meet project deadlines
- Demonstration of previous experience related to product design and 2D/3D modeling
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Autocad, Google Drive, and email-based communication
- Experience Needed: more than 3 years in the furniture field is a must
- Very good command of English.
- Have a passion for learning.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Presentable.
