Job Description

  • Job Description & Specification:
  • Job Title: Human Resources Manager
  • Direct Reports: 2 HR Coordinators HR Assistant Personnel Officer
  • The objective of the Position Maximizing the utilization of human assets through developing an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of Human Resources functions in terms of directing the recruitment & staffing logistics, employee counseling and supervising performance review program to ensure compliance and equity within the organization.
  • Direct employees' training and development programs in order to upgrade employees' knowledge and skills.
  • Review pay strategies & other compensation & benefits issues in coordination with the General Manager to ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Champion the internal communication activities (e.g. Management Conference, Gatherings ….etc.)
  • Determine the Annual Operational Plan of the department in line with the overall company's plans and is accountable for its achievement.
  • Responsible for managing and coaching the Human Resources team to ensure that all departmental functions are performed effectively.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • BA degree in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 -5 years of experience as an HR Manager in Manufacturing Field.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package & English. Competencies
