- Job Title: Human Resources Manager
- Direct Reports: 2 HR Coordinators HR Assistant Personnel Officer
- The objective of the Position Maximizing the utilization of human assets through developing an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of Human Resources functions in terms of directing the recruitment & staffing logistics, employee counseling and supervising performance review program to ensure compliance and equity within the organization.
- Direct employees' training and development programs in order to upgrade employees' knowledge and skills.
- Review pay strategies & other compensation & benefits issues in coordination with the General Manager to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Champion the internal communication activities (e.g. Management Conference, Gatherings ….etc.)
- Determine the Annual Operational Plan of the department in line with the overall company's plans and is accountable for its achievement.
- Responsible for managing and coaching the Human Resources team to ensure that all departmental functions are performed effectively.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- BA degree in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 -5 years of experience as an HR Manager in Manufacturing Field.
- MBA is a plus.
