Job Description
- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Follow collection cycle.
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliation.
- Monitor bank transaction for customer check and deposits.
- prepare analysis of accounts as requested.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
- Assist with other accounting projects .
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduate to 2 years experience.
- Good computer and office skills.
- Familiarity with accounting systems.
- Previous experience of AR accounting.
