Job Description

As a Glovo Sales Administrator, you will be a key member of our company's sales operations team, working hand-by-hand with the Head of Sales of MENA. At Glovo, it is in our DNA to do more with less and your job will be to optimize the sales department across the MENA region.Glovo is a hyperlocal marketplace featuring the most trendy places in each city and delivers their products in less than 45 mins. The Sales team is directly responsible for partnering with both local stores and with big bigger brands to display them in the Glovo platform.You will:

  • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules.
  • Help the Head of Sales to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
  • Calls, Emails and keep SF updated and add all the missing info especially with the new contacts.
  • Fill important documents and communicate relevant information.
  • Respond to other departments needs from the sales team.
  • Coordinate the process between Sales and other departments
  • Give after-sales support when requested. Ex: Missing menus etc.,
  • Provide feedback, documentation and information needed to HOS.
  • Store and sort data and present reports.
  • Support HOS in developing the training material needed for the team.
  • Help HOS in monitoring the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
  • Handle all partners inquiries to join Glovo.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Coordination and people management skills who is also passionate about data analysis
  • Proactive, organised, and obsessed with detail and accuracy
  • Have an outstanding organization and analytical skills
  • Have excellent communication skills. Quality and customer oriented, strong grammar and writing skills
  • Socially active. Have good relationships in your city and have the ability to empathise with new people you meet.
  • Self-starter who is able to work in a highly demanding environment.
  • Methodological fast learner who is familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc).
  • Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office
  • Preferably with experience in a high-growth digital startup business
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting or International Business is a plus
