Job Description
- Following up on the whole insurance company activities inside the hospital and making sure that the services are provided as per agreed service level.
- Regular following up on the insurance company admitted patients and facilitate the pre authorization producers.
- Switching insured members from outside to inside the medical network.
- Approve on providing medical service inside the hospital for the members with the gate keeping condition.
- Issuing approvals on behalf of the insurance company as per agreed policy & procedures.
- Contact person for any service issues inside the hospital.
- Act as a roving doctor for quality check measures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery from accredited reputable university.
- Satisfactory completion of a one-year internship.
- Previous experience on medical insurance industry is a plus.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Shift based.
